The collection, storage, processing and transmission of the customers’ personal data only occurs to the extent required for the business relationship and in accordance with the statutory provisions.

We only store the access data without personal details such as [name of your Internet Service Provider and the browser software used, number of hits on the respective pages]. These data are exclusively evaluated to improve our offering and do not provide us with any of your personal details.
We only collect personal data if you voluntarily inform us of these as part of ordering a product, sending us a message or registering for our newsletter.
During the order process in the online shop, we collect and store personal data (particularly first and last name, address, telephone number and email address) which – without further separate consent from you – we exclusively use to process your order and contact you if we have any further questions or problems.
